My creative endeavors, the "Give Love. Find Beauty." podcast and The Compassionate Conversation Series with Catherine Thomas, complement the quest for mindful and authentic living in Awakening the Vulnerable Heart and Inspiration From What Is.
In a world constantly inundating us with information, much of it negative and overwhelming, creating a reflective space of reprieve is imperative for mental and emotional well-being.
The mission of the CCS is to serve those striving to evolve into their most authentic selves, energizing them to reenter the world inspired to make a difference through acts of kindness and empathy.
Participants will have the opportunity to ponder the perspectives of dynamic guests and engage with one another, creating a wonderful sense of community.
The CCS is held at the Cedarburg Public Library on Saturdays throughout the year.
